SHIPPING INFORMATION

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU PROVIDE?

The shipping methods we provide are:

We will provide the best and fastest shipment offered by our merchants.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the unique and quality products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as the China, United States, Thailand, India etc. via our partnerships. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not worry if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way (please email us for tracking).

We offer international shipping options too – no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, our merchants all over the world offer a shipping service that covers every nation. The only small matter is that some products, rarely, cannot be shipped to certain parts of the world.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?

Celinish is not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may require to pay customs fees when they arrive in your country.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

Your country’s customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation!

Note: If for some reason your order is never released by customs, we’ll send you a replacement!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept the most popular payment methods: American Express cards, Discover cards, JCB cards, Stripe cards, PayPal cards, Visa cards, Mastercard cards, Diners Club International cards and Bank transfer.

IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?

Buying online is not always safe.
There are unsafe sites that can try to defraud people by copying their card data or simply offering crazy, unbelievable discounts, but without providing the goods.
In our case, we have taken all the necessary security measures:
  • SSL certificate to protect our users from any type of fraud
  • Known and safe payment methods

 

ORDERS AND RETURNS

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order is very simple. It can be done in two ways:
  • Add the products you are interested into the cart, directly from the shop page or inside the product page by clicking on “add to cart”, then go to the checkout and pay through the various payment methods available.
  • Selecting a product and then from the product page of that particular product go directly to the checkout by pressing on “Buy It Now” by Stripe or “PayPal Buy Now” by PayPal.

It’s so simple, there are no other steps to take.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you don’t necessarily need an account to place an order. We have decided to do this in order to offer maximum experience and speed. We understand that many people want to do everything very fast.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?

Go to our CONTACT US page and from there you will find various ways to contact us.

HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

Should a problem arise, you can contact us using the methods described in our contact page. We will reply as soon as possible, within 48 hours at the latest.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. If you return an item requesting a refund within 30 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. Contact us to request a refund. You will be responsible for postage and shipping fees for unwanted items.
If anything arrives broken, unusable, or simply does not arrive at your delivery address, no worries! Contact us right away and we’ll guide you through the process, we’ll reply to you within 48 hours. That is our guarantee and we will gladly replace the product, offer an alternative, or refund the purchase. The new shipping and/or refund will be made only after receiving the product.

Responsibility: Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags, boxes, etc. 

After that: We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When we process your order and it is shipped, we will send you the tracking code that you can use to see where your order is. To use it you just need to follow one of the two steps that we indicate on our "Track your orders" page.
